You are solely responsible for all your User Content. When you order a product or service via ArmeniaJourneyGuide Platform you will pay directly to the pertinent service provider where you will be directed through an affiliate link or direct contacts. No payments will be processed through the Platform.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
If a service is cancelled by the customer, it’s the customer’s responsibility to inform the affiliate service provider and cancel the service according to the affiliate program’s corresponding cancellation policy. Otherwise the full price of the service will be charged by the affiliate service provider.
In case the affiliate service provider is not able to provide the service, he/she has the option to recommend another time to the customer and if accepted by the customer, the service will be rescheduled.
ArmeniaJourneyGuide is not accountable for any cancellation, delay, or re-scheduling of any affiliate services and will not will reimburse the customer any charges made by the affiliate service provider.
DISPUTES RESOLUTION
